- She’s started her ‘worst’ job so far
A professional cleaner who transforms hoarders’ houses has begun her biggest job yet.
Charlotte Bosanquet owns her own cleaning business Care Cleaning Services at just 20 years old and helps people who find the task daunting.
On Monday, the Sydney cleaner started a ‘life-changing’ job clearing out a 17-year build-up of junk and belongings, shocking thousands.
Charlotte said the job will take months to complete and is first tackling the backyard which is filled with piles of stuff workers have to sort through in case there is anything valuable.
The business-owner told FEMAIL it will be her ‘best job yet’ and she is working with the client to make sure they are comfortable with her team going through all their belongings and letting things go.

A professional cleaner who regularly transforms hoarders houses has taken on her ‘worse’ job yet – but she’s excited to get started
She said there are ‘piles all the way up to the roof’ and ‘rubbish in every single inch of the big house’ but she is excited to tackle it head on and help the owners.
‘Imagine living in this for 17 years and today finally having an opportunity for change. Today I got the privilege of bring able to start on this project that will probably take months to complete,’ she said in a TikTok clip.
Charlotte has eight employees and takes on hoarder homes every month or two between commercial and residential jobs.
The team’s strategy is to go ‘room by room’ starting on the backyard before heading inside.
‘This is a long process. We have to sort through every single bag to check for valuables,’ she said.

She said going room by room helps the client ease into the process and see results of their hard work more often.
So far, Charlotte had found brand new appliances like a microwave and fridge as well as ‘thousands’ of storage containers still in their packaging.
She said the backyard alone will take a couple of weeks and the stuff will be sorted into three categories: keep, bin or donate.
Charlotte said she doesn’t think she has seen a ‘worse’ job than this one but ‘loves it’ as her stance is ‘the dirtier the better’.
Since posting the clip on Monday morning it has racked up more than 1million views with many in the comments amazed at the home’s state and others applauding Charlotte’s efforts.
‘I’d just like to say you’re not just cleaning their house, you are changing this person/family’s whole world. You are truly amazing for what you do,’ one viewer said.

‘I would not be caring about valuables at that point. They’ve gone long enough without it can’t be important. They need to dump the lot and start fresh,’ another wrote.
‘This looks so overwhelming, I kinda understand why at one point the owner/renter doesn’t have the Energy to tackle it,’ a third added.
Lots of users were keen to see the results of the clean which Charlotte will be sharing as they make progress and some even wanted to volunteer their time to help.
‘Gosh that is crazy. You will be changing their world for them cleaning this. Can’t wait to see the difference,’ someone said.
‘I’m lost for words. But am looking forward to the end result. You are changing this person’s entire outlook on life,’ a second responded.
‘You could find lots of volunteers that would love to help you complete this,’ another pointed out.
