Larry L. Vaughn, 65, of Williamsport handed away Sunday, October 16, 2022 on the Gatehouse together with his cousin, Deborah Vaughn Curry by his aspect.

Born June 8, 1957 in Williamsport he was the son of the late Charles L. Vaughn and Mary Lou (Hare) Vaughn of Williamsport.

Larry was a 1975 graduate of Williamsport Excessive Faculty. He began working at Grit Publishing Firm shortly after commencement and retired from the Williamsport Solar Gazette.

Larry was a member and previous president of East Finish Looking Membership, member of Lycoming Creek Anglers’ Membership, North Mountain Sportsman Affiliation, Pink Run Rod & Gun Membership, and the Republican Membership. He was a sponsor member of the N.W.T.F. for a few years and an lively member of the Susquehanna Longbeards. Larry shot sporting clays at Thunder Ridge Sporting Clays in Middlebury Middle, Rock Mountain in Meshoppen, and Warriors Mark in Houtzdale.

He liked going out to breakfast together with his associates, usually visiting Dolly’s Diner & Griggs Espresso in Montoursville, Maseto’s in Williamsport, and Waltz Creamery & Farm Home CafÈ in Salladasburg.

Larry loved using his spider motorbike and spending time open air looking. A fast-witted man, he had an unimaginable humorousness and contagious snort. He’ll eternally be recognized, as Uncle Larry to the big group of children and household associates who he at all times thought-about household.

Surviving is his mom, Mary Lou Vaughn of Williamsport; sister, Linda M. Vaughn of Williamsport; two uncles, Clifton Vaughn (Dotty) of New Jersey and James Vaughn of Williamsport; many cousins; and a big circle of associates who he liked like household.

A memorial service to honor Larry’s life might be held 11 a.m. Saturday, October 22, at Backyard View Church of Christ, 1941 Princeton Ave., Williamsport. The household will obtain associates from 10 a.m. till the time of service Saturday at church.
